BOCA RATON/FL – USA: As registration opens for the Women’s Maq Cricket59 cricket series, chairman of Cricket Council USA (CCUSA) Mahammad Qureshi is making it clear that entire teams can register for the series that takes place from March 13 to 15 in Fort Lauderdale.
Players who cannot find themselves on a team can also register and CCUSA will place them on a team that the association will put together. However, for this to happen the player must register for the draft so that CCUSA will have their information.

The goal is to have as many players playing as possible. According to Qureshi: “We are allowing entire teams to come in and register as they would want to play together. We know this so we will allow teams to come in under their names to compete in this exciting series. There may be some players that cannot get their entire team to come and we are aware of this. These players can register and we will make sure to place them on a team that we will be putting out. Regardless of how many players register we will put out the names. Even if we have to put out one, two or three teams we will so that the players do not miss out in the action.”
All players and teams who are interested can register at www.cricket59.com.
