USA Cricket has been rocked by a lawsuit, again. The litigation, what appears to be a coup, is stirred by plaintiffs Venu Pisike (Individual Director) and Srini Salver (Male Player Director) against fellow board members Suraj Vishvanathan (Individual Director), Ajith Bhaskar (Club Director), Sushil Nadkarni (League Director), Catherine Carlson (Independent Director), CEO Iain Higgins and board chairman Paraag Marathe over the alleged unlawful amendment of the constitution to relax the voting laws and the reappointment of Paraag Marathe as an independent director and chairman of USA Cricket.
