In the first match against Florida International, opening the innings for Multan Sultans-US All Stars, Zeeshan scored a great knock of 30 runs off 12 deliveries including 2 fours and 2 sixe; his strike-rate was 250. His innings helped Multan Sultans-US All Stars build a good opening partnership as the team chased 77 in just 5.5 overs and Zeeshan remained the top scorer for Multan Sultans- US All Stars.
In the second match against UCT UAE, the stylish left-handed batsman batted at one-down position, scored 14 runs off 5 deliveries and remained not out at a strike-rate of 280. Moreover, he also stumped Supreet Madaan which proved his resourcefulness as a player. However, in the third match against CT Blizzards, Zeeshan Ashraf could not manage a big total as he lost his wicket after scoring just 5 runs in 4 deliveries caught by Koti on Jaideep’s ball. Overall, Zeeshan Ashraf scored 164 runs in five matches, facing total 76 deliveries and managing an average strike-rate of 215.78 which proves his ability and class as a player in the short-format of the game as well.
