ARKANSAS/USA – The 2023 edition of the Major Cricket League (MCL) Arkansas will bowl off today at the Roger’s Playing Field at 2.30pm.

The first match will see World Stars led by Cricket Council USA (CCUSA) chairman Mahammad Qureshi coming up against Mavericks. On the opening day of the three-day tournament there will be only one match. This will be followed by three matches on day two and another three matches on day three.

There are four teams who will be vying for honors with the others being hosts Titans and Udaan. Each team will play three matches in the round-robin phase with the top two teams playing in the finals.

Titans who go into action on Saturday are the most successful team in the history of the MCL winning two titles both in Tampa. World Stars won the MCL in Chicago last year. Both teams will start as favorites to lift the trophy.
