MARGATE/FL – USA: Inform all-rounder Zishawn Qureshi will take the US All Stars into battle when the 2020 edition of the popular US Open T20 tournament bowls off on December 15 at the Central Broward Regional Park in Fort Lauderdale USA.
The hard-hitting right-hander has been in the pink of form for the past seven months and got scores of 93, 82, 82, and 60 in the four trial matches for the tournament.
He will have with him the likes of Canadian batting star Rizwan Cheema who has been a standout player over the years at the US Open T20. A lot will be depending on Qureshi and Cheema at the top of the order. Also in the batting line-up is the hard-hitting USA batsman Jaskaran Malhotra who scored back to back centuries in 2017 when his team went on to win the tournament.
The US All Stars have also brought in Honey Gori from India who has promised to deliver a lot. Leading the bowling effort will be the Kolkata and Trinbago Knight Riders player Muhammad Ali Khan. The right-arm fast bowler is back to full fitness and will be hoping to restrict the opposition batsmen when he takes the field.
Another top-quality bowler in the Canadian Saad Zafar and to add to the attack will be the former Indian Premier League (IPL) off-spinner Rajesh Sharma.
