On this occasion of Christmas under difficult times chairman and CEO of Cricket Council USA (CCUSA) Mahammad Qureshi says that the best gift in being alive to celebrate the day today after what the world has gone through this year.
“This has been one of the hardest years in our history with the Covid 19 pandemic which unfortunately is still here with us and just the mere fact that we get out of bed today shows the blessings that we receive.
“I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year 2021. Let’s all help each other and work together in making our lives better.
“Let me assure you that we at CCUSA will continue to use the medium of cricket to serve humanity and we will fight through all hardships to bring you cricket as best as we can in 2021. We see our role as integral in the development of the sport and we will not flinch in our duties to continue to host cricket and cricket related programs in the new year.
“I want to let all those who lost loved ones during 2020 that our prayers are with you and we hope that come 2021 you will start to heal. May God continue to bless each and everyone of you. On behalf of the Qureshi Family and CCUSA we want to wish you all the best for the future.”
