BOCA RATON/FL – USA: Trinbago Knight Riders and USA star player Muhammad Ali Khan has taken to the Maq Cricket59 and slapped 85 runs on Saturday playing for the Blues at the Maq Cricket Stadium in Boca Raton, USA.
Ali Khan has flown in from Ohio just to sample the Maq Cricket59 and enjoyed his time with the bat hitting many boundaries. In fact, he made merry with 11 sixes and one four as the bowlers from the Reds team had no answer to him.
His opening partner Zishawn Qureshi matched him stroke for stroke as the two obliterated the bowling. Zishawn, who trained with the Guyana Amazon Warriors for two years during the CPL and also played at the Global T20 in Canada, scored 66 with seven sixes and five fours.
As if the punishment was not enough, Maq Qureshi came down the order to belt 46 with two sixes and five fours.
In this Maq Cricket59 which is player-based as opposed to team results, Maq Qureshi has been leading with the bat, after having scores of 18, 44 and now 46.
This Saturday, Maq Cricket59 is on again and will commence at 3 pm at the lovely Maq Cricket Stadium in Boca.
