June 2026 – The North America Cup 2026 has officially received Domestic Sanction from the International Cricket Council (ICC), issued on behalf of USA Cricket (USAC), marking a significant milestone for youth cricket development across North America.
The official confirmation recognizes the 2026 North America Cup as a sanctioned domestic cricket event exclusively for the Under-13 and Under-16 age categories.
In the sanction confirmation, ICC stated:
“Please take this email as confirmation that the North America Cup has been issued with a domestic sanction by the ICC, on behalf of USAC.”
The approval applies specifically to the 2026 edition of the tournament and confirms that no sanctioning fee will be charged, as the event qualifies under Article 3.2 of the USA Cricket application criteria.
The North America Cup continues its mission of providing elite young cricketers with a professionally organized platform to compete, develop their skills, and represent their regions at one of North America’s premier youth cricket tournaments.
