SUNRISE/FL – USA: Cameron Younus was in brilliant form striking 86 but he still could not help his team London United overcome a spirited Atlantic Cricket Club in match number two of the MAQT10 USA Nationals at the Central Broward Regional Park on Friday.
Younus needed only 38 balls to strike 86 but the other batsmen on his team struggled, as they could only muster 110 for three off their 20 overs. Younus was brutal and struck three sixes and 12 fours.
When Atlantic responded, they got a quickfire 37 from Ohandre Powell that laid the platform for victory, as they reached 111/2 in the final over. Powell struck two sixes and four fours. Later on in the innings Dwayne James counted 27 and Rohan Ebanks an unbeaten 28.
