MARGATE/FL: USA – Cricket Council USA continues to prepare for the upcoming US Open T20 cricket tournament and has appointed a new sponsorship project manager in the form of Douglas Haase and he will go to work immediately with the 2020 tournament in mind.
This was revealed by the chairman and CEO of CCUSA Mahammad Qureshi. “We have appointed Douglas Haase as our new sponsorship project manager and he will go to work in getting sponsorship for our very popular marquee tournament the US Open T20 which will be played from December 16.
He has been CEO of Haaseline Entertainment and CPG Product Placement Group for the last 14 years working with product and sponsorship program development, sell-in, and execution success with numerous CPG companies at Retail. All this while continuing his love for playing drums and acting in the entertainment business.
Haase is known to the sponsorship industry as “Director of Fun” as named by numerous Fortune 500 executives. He is the creator of crown jewel retail promotions Oreo Stacking, Holiday Photo programs, Black History Month Recipes, and Quarterbacks of the Century (as seen in the book “The Walmart Decade”) and successful frozen and produce promotions featuring 5 a Day , NFRA and more.
Haase pioneered the multi-platform marketing plans at Walmart utilizing digital , in-store media and retail programming with multi-category total store increases in dollar share/merchandising. He has worked with top athletes from MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, and Nascar in developing sponsored programs.
He is excited and honored by MAQ adding him to the sponsorship team within CCUSA. Presently Douglas and his wife Cynthia reside in Jacksonville Fl. They have two children Erika Nalley and Justin who have their own businesses in Sales/Marketing and Entertainment respectfully.
