All set for successful US Open T20

LAUDERHILL/USA – With just hours to go before the start of the 2019 US Open T20 tournament officials are reporting that all is well and ready to go.
Wednesday evening tournament director Shah Zafar met with the captains from the teams to bring them up to scratch as far as the regulations are concerned to ensure that the tournament runs off smoothly.
Also on hand was a representative from the International Cricket Council ICC who also spoke to the players setting out the guidelines for a corruption free tournament.
Muhammad Qureshi the chairman of Cricket Council USA the owners of the tournament said that in the 11-year history of the tournament there was never any issue as far as corruption was concerned and he is confident it will stay that way.
The action in the US$100,000 tournament will begin on Thursday morning with the first match taking place at 9.30am. This will follow a gala opening ceremony all at the Central Broward Regional Stadium.
